mini kitchenette functional microwave good breakfast
The room had a mini kitchenette. It included a sink, a microwave, and utensils for two people. THE air conditioning worked well, which I really needed after a day out. Breakfast offered quite a good spread.
The check-in staff seemed unable to confidently answer specific questions.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
halal breakfast fantastic view helpful staff
The halal breakfast located on level 40 provided a fantastic view, and the selection was AMAZING!!! Mr Azhad helped me book cabs at the entrance. He was very helpful and made it easy for us. I also appreciated that Pavilion Mall and Bukit Bintang train station are within a short walk.
The location required a little walking to get to the main rail and malls. This wasn't a huge issue, but it is something to consider for those preferring immediate access.

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with cab bookings and luggage. The breakfast service was attentive, ensuring guests felt welcome and attended to. Concierge services were readily available to assist with any questions.
